  Just ask Jean, however, about what food she is using or you can use Nutro Ultra  for the first 6 months and then Nutro's Natural Choice Venison after that. Normally, a puppy is kept on puppy food for one year but if a small breed it should be fine to use the adult Natural Choice Venison.   They really like it and we seem to see much better dental health and less tarter, a big concern for the toy breeds.
